You'll make new friends too. No pilot's license needed, but we'll help you get one!
Like airplanes and looking for something unique to do? Discover, hands on from the inside out, what makes them fly and how you can have plenty of fun while helping to put one together. Just like building a model plane when you were a kid . . . only much bigger, now at Heritage Field Airport in Pottstown - Limerick, PA.
Join in on EAA Chapter 1250, Inc's Saturday morning Aircraft Builder's WorkShop - FunShop! You'll make new friends as well as some new skills too. You will help restore a rare Vintage 1946 Fairchild F24 to flying condition. Maybe you'll even get a chance to escort her to EAA's Oshkosh AirVenture in 2015. That's an aviation lover's dream of a lifetime . . . fun with sport aviation, and you don't even need a pilot's license to enjoy it!
There is still space available for a more volunteers to join in on the project. Contact us now to see how you can take advantage of this unique opportunity. No obligation, experience helpful, but not required and of course, you must be eager to learn and want to have fun being around airplanes and people that enjoy being around them too.
